Everyone was good when we bought our furniture. But when we needed service because of a broken recliner ( it was out of warranty) they we're of no help !!! In fact they got rude and told me they weren't going to play phone tag . All I wanted was help getting things fixed . I called Levins even though I didn't buy there and In one call and 20.00 later my issue was solved !!! Never will be back !!!!
It's a nice furniture store and appliances seems I've been around forever my grandfather bought most of his furniture and stuff there thing is it lasts for over 30 years so high quality. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Excellent service, and by far, the cheapest option around. No large retailer could beat any of their prices when rebates were factored in. Also, very friendly and willing to work with you and discuss at length different options. Their floor does not have all the models they carry, so best to do research online and cross reference they can get the model in beforehand. Their website shows you what in their large catalogue they can get - anything from entry level range all up to professional grade.
Wonderful experience and staff was very helpful. Reasonably priced. Overall, great experience. I would recommend this place.
Ordered our sectional at the end of July, and were told it would be here 4-6 weeks. Here we are almost to week 9 and still are told the couch hasn't shipped yet. Save yourself the hassle and buy from another furniture store. Extremely disappointed.
